What we collect

• Account: email + Discord user id (via OAuth scope identify email) + avatar URL.
• Billing: Stripe holds card data — we only see customer id + subscription state.
• Usage: lesson-completion + project-submission events (for grading + dashboards).
• Server logs: standard request logs retained 30 days for debugging + audit.

What we do with it

Run the platform. Send transactional email about your subscription. Improve the curriculum based on aggregate progress data. We do not sell or rent your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

• Supabase — database + auth (US region)
• Stripe — payments + customer portal
• Discord — community access (per Discord's privacy policy)
• Vercel — hosting + edge functions
• Mux / Cloudflare Stream — video delivery (Wave 5+)

Your rights

Email admin@localrootsstudio.com to access, export, or delete your account data. We honor requests within 30 days.
