Operator is a digital education product run as a sole proprietorship out of San Diego, California. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below. Plain language; no surprises.

Short version (binding intent)

• Your subscription grants access to the curriculum + Discord while in good standing. Cancellations honor the period already paid for; the 1:1 track is a 90-day retainer.
• No sharing logins. No redistribution of materials. Watermarking is in place; abuse triggers immediate revocation of access without refund.
• Refunds: within 14 days of the first charge on AI Operator / Bundle, full refund. The 1:1 track is non-refundable after the kickoff call.
• I do not provide investment, legal, or medical advice. The trading and finance content is the operator's framing — your decisions are yours.
• Disputes go to arbitration in San Diego County, California, governed by CA law.
