Terms of Service.

Operator is a digital education product run by Benjamin Rodriguez (sole proprietor, California). The full Service Agreement governing your subscription is at Drafts/SERVICE-AGREEMENT-OPERATOR-v1.md in the mentorship workspace and ships into this page at Wave 8.

Short version (binding intent)

• Your subscription grants access to the curriculum + Discord while in good standing. Cancellations honor the period already paid for; the 1:1 track is a 90-day retainer.
• No sharing logins. No redistribution of materials. Watermarking is in place; abuse triggers immediate revocation of access without refund.
• Refunds: within 14 days of the first charge on AI Operator / Bundle, full refund. The 1:1 track is non-refundable after the kickoff call.
• I do not provide investment, legal, or medical advice. The trading and finance content is the operator's framing — your decisions are yours.
• Disputes go to arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, governed by AZ law.
